About Yasamin

I was born in Iran. I was treated horribly just because I was a girl! I was able to leave Iran right after 8 years of war. I was a teenager when I married and moved to U.S. For over 17 years I put up with a husband who was 14 years older than me and mistreated me, so finally I left him 3 years ago. I worked and went to school full time while I had to support my two children without ANY help from my ex husband. Becasue of all I went through in Iran including war, being wipped in public for speaking my mind when I was 14, loosing my friends and the hardships I have to endure as a single mom in United States, I am experiencing bad episodes of anxiety attacks and depression. I hardly can pay my immediate bills and am working 55-65 hours a week. I still have students loans to pay and the phone calls don't stop. I think about killing myslef every single day but then what will happen to my two beautiful children who are guess what? GIRLS!!!! no matter where I am in this world Middle East or even U.S. I have to pay the price of being a female and everything that comes with it....

SAVE MY SON FROM GOING TO THE MIDDLE EAST

Wow I have never done anything quite like this before BUT I guess you could say I am desperate. Heres the story...

I am 23 years old and have a 5 year old son by a 25 year old Jordanian-American. Recently he served me with court papers asking a judge to grant him a passport to take our son to Jordan, where he has been living. He is wealthy beyond belief and has told the court he will pay any money necessary, in the form of a bond, to get the passport for my son.

I am very low income and just trying to make it as a single mother while he manipulates the child support system and only has to pay 190.00/month which includes all of his arearages. So his plan is to get some big time lawyer and get the passport where ultimately he will not bring him back.

I have police reports and documented conversations of him threatening me for the last 5 years that he will take my son, "for me to never see ever again." So I need to prevent him from going at all.

I am afraid for my sons life and fear our family will become a statistic.

I am very low income and cant afford an attorney but desperately need one to SAVE MY SON. Honestly I dont even know if this is the place to be posting but I feel compelled to fight for my son and have faith in people that they will do unto others as they would have done to them.

I have been helpful all my life to family, friends and strangers and I know that will pay off NOW when I need it the most.

So if anyone can help, I need an attorney and I dont have any way to pay for him/her.

thanks
